Aleksander Nilaj and the Albanian & American Open Hand Association Inc. giving out free pumpkins, candy, and stickers on Williamsbridge Road. Despite Friday’s heavy rains, they gave out over 400 pumpkins to families and community members.

The Albanian & American Open Hand Association Inc. operates out of the Pelham Parkway neighborhood and hold many charity fundraisers as well as food giveaways to those in need.
