Inside of the Jericho Houses on Kingsbridge Terrace is where an independent newsletter is made for and by Veterans.

Celebrating their third issue release, the newsletter included a story about Sergeant Gonzalo Duran titled, “Dynamic Devil Dog” by Eva Hinds. The newsletter contains stories about Bronx Veterans, their interests, their thoughts, and even lighthearted subjects like recipes. Sergeant Duran spoke with the crowd about what Devil Dog USA, Inc. does and the resources they provide to Veterans.

Those who make up the Veteran Voices Newsletter backbone are a collective of Veterans who live at the Jericho Houses and have come together like a family. Just like a familial celebration, the party included delicious homemade food, along with poetry and mingling.

Devil Dog News would like to thank Veteran Voices for their feature and we are looking forward to working together.
