Devil Dog USA Incorporated proudly stands behind the Corporal Yegor Zubarev Bill.
On this page, you will find the full legislative text, the official petition, our sponsors, our national liaisons, and the story behind this effort, including the legacy of Corporal Yegor Zubarev.
This legislation ensures that housing allowances under the Post 9/11 G.I. Bill, are recognized as lawful income. It provides priority naturalization processing for honorably discharged non-citizen veterans. It modernizes mental health grant administration so veteran serving nonprofits can focus on service, not paperwork.
This bill does not create new spending. It enforces promises already made when a service member signed their contract, stepped onto the yellow footprints at boot camp, and served this country with honor.
This is about dignity. This is about accountability. This is about keeping our word.
“You showed us how much you love your country, now let us show you how much your country loves you.”
~ Sergeant Gonzalo Duran, USMC, Ret.
